At one point during the engagement session, Deborah asked me, "So, where do we go now?".  I answered, "Let's go buy some apples." :)

I thought that was pretty cool and it was fun buying some fruit, taking some pictures, and laughing with my clients.

I met Deborah and Paul at the Farmer's Market in downtown Dallas for their engagement session and immediately saw so many cool places to take their portraits.  Deborah arrived in a beautiful dress and Paul came ready to do his best James Dean in front of the camera.  They both were full of laughs and they had me laughing several times as well.  Here is one of my favorites from the day.

Tobi and Toni met me at the Cotton Mill in McKinney for their engagement session where we had a great time exploring.  I also learned more about their relationship and their wedding, which is going to be just awesome!

Tobi and Toni are both Nigerian with very special names.  Tobi is short for tobiluwa, which means "God is big" and Toni is short for olutoni, which is means "God is enough".  I just think this is so neat.  They both met at the University of Texas while they went to school there and they are continuing their relationship in the Houston area.  Enjoy the pictures!

Vincent and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with and just had a great time in front of the camera.  I had a great time just snapping pictures while they laughed and interacted with one another and those are the photographs that turned out to be my favorites.  Photographing relationships like this is what makes doing engagement sessions so much fun.

Ray and Elizabeth are getting married in New Orleans, but wanted a Dallas photographer for their engagement session.  I am very honored to have been chosen to do this for them.  We headed down to downtown Dallas for this and at first I didn't think I would anything to use for the pictures, but then I stumbled upon some really cool stuff and I just love the way these pictures turned out.  I really like the one of the two of them walking in front of the white wall and Ray has a huge smile on his face and Elizabeth is laughing.  I was laughing when I was taking this picture.
