I was honored to document the wedding of Ryan and Amanda at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas, TX the other weekend. Ryan is an architect and it's such an honor for someone with an obvious eye for design to choose me to document such a special day. Amanda's dress was unbelievable and such a joy to photograph throughout the day as well. One of the favorite parts of the night was all the guys smoking cigars outside the hotel and the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Bar.

Kevin and Carie were married at a little park off of Versailles in Dallas with their closest friends present. It was a small and beautiful ceremony complimented by the obvious love that these two have for each other. It was awesome!

The focus of my little vacation to Colorado was to climb a mountain and just have a good time so I didn't take as many photographs as I would have liked. I think I might have worn the cars breaks down if I could have stopped as many times as I really wanted too. I have to go back for a photography trip.

Here is some of the music I am listening to right now. A little new and a little old. Beastie Boys just never get old, while I really think that TV on the Radio is the best band you've never heard of. Check out Phoenix for something new. Their music is great in the car on long rides.

I just got back from a vacation to Colorado with my friend Ben. We set out to climb a 14,000 foot mountain called Shavano, but the weather stopped us at 13,800 feet. However, we had a great time and I took a lot of pictures. This is a sneak peak and also my favorite because a fished jumped out of the water just as I started taking pictures. What are the odds?
